The site is situated in the SCI Alt Pallars, located in the central-eastern Pyrenees between the Aran Valley and Andorra. Plan deth Horn is an active raised bog, a priority habitat that occupies less than 0.01% of the SCI Alt Pallars representing up to 2% of the surface of the habitat in Spain. This area includes an endangered Sphagnum fuscum population. We are conducting livestock management and assisted plant migration to restore this natural system.
